Tianjin Yinke Maintenance Service is based on our company's independently developed pulse eddy current precise scanning technology as a technical means. We independently carry out daily corrosion prevention and control work for different risk prone areas in the production equipment of petrochemical enterprises. Through effective identification, on-site testing, timely feedback, mechanism analysis, and continuous follow-up of high-risk areas in each device in the early stage, we identify the weakest part of the device's corrosion hazard, establish corresponding corrosion risk level classification for each device, and provide a corrosion risk detection plan for pulse eddy current precise scanning and detection. In the future, we will also provide measures tracking, corrosion trend tracking and other services for the severely corroded areas detected. At the same time, we will combine our company's corrosion database and learn from the testing experience, problem areas, expert mechanism analysis and other data of other enterprises, Establish a professional, precise, timely, and continuous corrosion prevention and control system for each device. Since 2017, our company has provided long-term maintenance services to multiple petroleum refining companies such as Yanshan Petrochemical, Gaoqiao Petrochemical, Guangzhou Petrochemical, and Zhenhai Refining and Chemical. Technical advantages
The surface of the on-site pipe fittings does not require special treatment, and dust, insulation cotton shavings, rust layers, etc. do not affect the detection accuracy, making the operation more convenient. No need to park, online detection is available for construction testing, with temperatures ranging from -30 ℃ to 500 ℃. Replacing points with surfaces, fully covering the pipe fittings to avoid missed inspections, with a 99% probability of discovering thinning and weak areas. On site direct visualization shows the trend and range of thinning, and the display results are very intuitive. The final ultrasonic verification test results have an accuracy of ± 0.01mm.
