Service Introduction
Tianjin Yinke's hidden danger investigation technology is based on our company's independently developed pulse eddy current precise scanning technology, equipped with specific sensors, to perform pulse eddy current precise scanning and detection on equipment and pipelines that are prone to corrosion in key areas of the device. The distribution of wall thickness can be directly displayed through computer software algorithms, and the size, range, and degree of corrosion of defects can be directly determined on site. The problem area can be marked with on-site corrosion analysis to provide a basis for subsequent measures to be taken for the problem area. It is suitable for daily corrosion detection of the device and centralized comprehensive scanning and detection before or during major maintenance. Pulse eddy current precise scanning technology advocates the accuracy and non omission of detection results, which is the biggest difference from other detection technologies. The company first proposed the method of mobile detection to identify defective areas in September 2016, and provided practical application cases to solve the limitations of other detection methods.
Technical Parameter
Pipeline materials: ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc Wall thickness range: 0-40mm Working temperature: -30 ℃ -500 ℃ Detection accuracy: ± 0.01mm Minimum pipe diameter detected: DN15
Technical Advantages
1. Produce on-site drawings to visually observe the thinning of wall thickness and its location and size. The surface of the on-site pipe fittings does not require special treatment, and dust, insulation cotton shavings, rust layers, etc. do not affect the detection accuracy, making the operation more convenient and efficient. 2. No need to park, online detection is available for construction testing, with temperatures ranging from -30 ℃ to 500 ℃. 3. Replace the surface with points, fully cover the pipe fittings, avoid missed inspections. 4. Directly displaying the thinning trend, thinning range, and thinning degree on site is very intuitive. 5. The final ultrasonic verification test results have an accuracy of ± 0.01mm.
Technical Comparison
Traditional ultrasonic thickness measurement can only detect a point like area the size of a probe, and cannot detect wall thickness corrosion and thinning defects in other parts of the pipeline, making it easy to miss detection. Pulse eddy current scanning technology is a surface scanning technique that can comprehensively scan and detect the surface of pipelines. The wall thickness of the entire pipeline can be displayed through algorithmic images, identifying the location and range of defects.
Service scope

Our company's current hidden danger investigation technology is applied to chemical enterprises such as Sinopec, PetroChina Multi Refining and Chemical, coal chemical, fluorine chemical, etc. Scope of application: Routine process pipeline scanning, instrument small diameter pipe scanning, heat exchanger cylinder and head scanning, container and tower outer wall scanning.
