Tianjin Yinke Corrosion Data Platform is a corrosion management auxiliary software independently developed by Tianjin Yinke and has relevant intellectual property rights. It is mainly based on the actual corrosion cases discovered on site by Tianjin Yinke since 2014 through pulse eddy current precise detection technology, as well as the corresponding detection data and process parameters established in a big data system. Through certain logical relationships and algorithms, it realizes 8 modules and more than 20 sub functions including equipment pipeline risk assessment, auxiliary development of detection plans, and prediction of equipment pipeline remaining life. Assist enterprises in comprehensively managing the corrosion risk areas of the equipment, ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the equipment.
