Service Introduction
Introduction to Small Takeover Testing: Tianjin Yinke Small Takeover Testing uses our company's independently developed pulse eddy current precise scanning technology as a means. Through specific sensors, small takeover pipes with a diameter of DN50 or less are scanned, and signals are analyzed and processed using specific algorithms. The distribution of wall thickness can be directly displayed, and the size, range, and degree of corrosion of defects can be determined on site. Finally, ultrasonic thickness measurement technology is used to review the defect problem area, timely detect safety hazards, and avoid leakage accidents. This technology can detect small nozzles with diameters ranging from DN15 to DN50. Tianjin Yinke has established a small takeover special management system through nearly a decade of hidden danger investigation in the petroleum refining and chemical industries, realizing closed-loop management of risk fittings in the equipment from commissioning, on-site inspection, problem discovery, on-site handling, and processing tracking, and assisting on-site management to provide support for long-term and safe operation of equipment.
Technical Parameter
Pipeline materials: ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc Wall thickness range: 0-40mm Working temperature: -30 ℃ -500 ℃ Detection accuracy: ± 0.01mm Minimum pipe diameter detected: DN15
Technical advantages
1. Compared to other detection techniques, the special tooling equipment of this technology has a higher degree of adhesion with the surface of the small nozzle; 2. High detection efficiency, rapid scanning can simultaneously detect thinning of the body and subtle surface defects without the need for paint removal or embroidery; 3. High detection accuracy, with a detection result error of ± 0.1mm; 4. Can conduct online testing throughout the process without the need to stop work to remove materials; 5. Small nozzles operating at high temperatures can also be inspected.
Service architecture
Service advantages

Our company's current hidden danger investigation technology is applied to chemical enterprises such as Sinopec, PetroChina Multi Refining and Chemical, coal chemical, fluorine chemical, etc. Scope of application: Scanning of instrument small-diameter pipes. Technical comparison: Traditional ultrasonic thickness measurement can only detect a point like area with a probe size, and cannot detect wall thickness corrosion and thinning defects in other parts of the pipeline, which is prone to missed detection and has low detection efficiency; The temperature for phased array detection cannot exceed 100 ℃ and can only be detected at room temperature; Radiation testing poses a radiation risk; Pulse eddy current scanning technology is a surface scanning technique that can comprehensively scan and detect the surface of pipelines. The wall thickness of the entire pipeline can be displayed through algorithmic images, identifying the location and range of defects.
