In December 2024, the Sinopec Small Takeover and Pulse Eddy Current Scanning Strategy Seminar was successfully held at the Sinopec Shanghai Convention Center. Tianjin Yinke Xinchuang Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to attend, with General Manager Tao Jiantao and Deputy General Manager Liu Qinglong in attendance.

During the conference, Vice General Manager Liu Qinglong gave a detailed report on the testing results of the petrochemical industry in the past two years, and conducted in-depth analysis of the detected problems from multiple perspectives and dimensions, including classification of testing problems, causes of problems, and problem distribution. At the same time, based on the company's testing situation, we provide insights into the recommended areas in the "Sinopec Pulse Eddy Current Scanning Guidance" and suggest implementing graded management and frequency division testing for each easily corroded area; A comprehensive report on the detection of small takeover and problem points was provided, providing rich and valuable information and data support for the conference, and receiving high recognition and approval from the leaders of Sinopec headquarters.      

                                     

   

During the meeting discussion session, General Manager Tao Jiantao, together with leaders from Sinopec headquarters and representatives from other participating units, discussed the causes, hazards, and effective detection and protection strategies of small takeover corrosion. Based on the company's long-term practice and in-depth research in the industry, constructive opinions and suggestions have been put forward, providing important references for improving Sinopec's anti-corrosion work plan, fully reflecting the position and role of Inspur as an important participant in Sinopec's anti-corrosion work and decision-making. As a down-to-earth practitioner in the industry, Yinke has deeply shared its successful experience and advanced concepts in corrosion prevention work, committed to expanding the industry's thinking and upgrading the corrosion prevention work system.
