In the symphony of enterprise development and talent cultivation, talent has always been the most touching melody.
In August 2025, Tianjin INCO officially launched its first "Back-up Project Manager Training Camp", an important measure for the company to explore talent cultivation, marking the first step in the construction of the company's project management talent team.
The preparation for this training camp was meticulous. The project was officially initiated in March, and after repeated discussions and arguments, a detailed implementation plan was determined in April, including the selection mechanism, course system, evaluation mechanism, and project budget. From May to July, through a combination of project recommendations and personal self-recommendations, trainees who were willing to plan to become project managers were selected from various projects, laying the foundation for the successful holding of the training camp.
At the same time, in line with the requirements of the course design, a training instructor team was selected, consisting of 11 senior managers with outstanding business capabilities. Each instructor combined their own expertise and extracted their work experience to output professional courses that combined theory with practice and were in line with INCO's business.
On August 7th, the training camp was officially launched in a lively atmosphere. At the opening ceremony, General Manager Tao Jiantao attended the meeting in person and delivered an inspiring opening speech to the trainees. He emphasized that project managers are the backbone of the company's strategic execution and hoped that the trainees would cherish this rare learning opportunity and transform the knowledge they had learned into practical action to promote project success. Subsequently, instructor Li Jinzhuo gave the first lesson of the training camp - "Role Recognition of Project Managers", using vivid cases and in-depth analysis to prompt trainees to quickly adjust their cognition and change their thinking, also setting a wonderful prelude for the entire training camp.

Throughout the entire month of August, the training camp was organized on a weekly basis, focusing on the core competencies essential for project managers. Regular course training and practical sessions were held, covering everything from the role positioning of project managers to the full process of project management; from basic knowledge of human resources and finance to the latest trends in new technologies; from customer communication skills to on-site service standards. The course content not only emphasized the imparting of theoretical knowledge but also stressed the necessity of practical application. The instructors shared their expertise generously, imparting not only professional knowledge but also their years of accumulated practical experience without reservation. The trainees were equally dedicated, actively participating in discussions and forming a strong learning atmosphere.
To enhance communication and interaction among the trainees, we also established a dedicated learning and exchange group. Here, the trainees discussed problems, shared insights, and exchanged skills. They could also consult the instructors at any time for interaction and communication, achieving the sharing of learning resources and the improvement of learning outcomes.
With the smooth progress of the project, the training camp is about to enter the assessment and evaluation stage.
In mid September, students will participate in a comprehensive evaluation of theoretical exams and practical applications to test their mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical application. We also plan to commend and encourage outstanding students and instructors in this training camp, and the project is expected to officially graduate and close at the end of September.
The holding of this training camp not only provides valuable opportunities for staffs to learn systematically, but also establishes a sustainable project management talent reserve mechanism for the company, and reserves excellent talents for better customer service of INCO.
We believe that these trainees who have undergone systematic training will become a new force in the company's project management, providing strong talent support for the company's sustainable development.
Welcome more potential talents from INCO to join our learning team and grow and progress together with INCO!
