In the refreshing September of the golden autumn, the first "Reserve Project Manager Training Camp" carefully organized by Tianjin INCO Technology Co., Ltd. officially came to an end on September 30th, and successfully held a summary and commendation conference, drawing a satisfactory conclusion to this talent cultivation journey that lasted for several months and was full of rewards.

After months of meticulous preparation and solid promotion since its establishment in March 2025, the training camp set sail on August 7th. It carries the company's deep expectations for the construction of project management talent pool, aiming to systematically cultivate a reserve force of project managers and inject strong momentum into the company's strategic execution and sustainable development.

Diligent cultivation leads to abundant fruits and branches

The assessment and evaluation phase of the training camp arrived as scheduled in September. After a comprehensive and rigorous evaluation of the students' classroom performance, theoretical closed book exams, and graduation reports, combined with scores from communication course assignments, the final results were remarkable

-All 12 students who participated in the report passed the assessment smoothly and graduated successfully!

-Among them, 5 students with comprehensive scores above 80 have officially entered the company's "Project Manager Talent Pool" with solid knowledge and excellent comprehensive performance. In the future, they will be given priority selection opportunities based on the actual needs of the company's projects.

-In this evaluation, the student with a total score of 90 or above and ranked first was specially awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Student" for their outstanding performance.

-The other four students with scores above 80 will be awarded the honorary title of "Potential Star" in recognition of their enormous development potential.
